Shipping Policy

All online and marketplace orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using DHL, USPS, eCommerce, USPS or ePacket, etc depending on your location and fastest available
service. The typical delivery time frame is between 7 to 14 business days however, you may receive
your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking numbers so you can track it every
step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or
postal delays.

I. Processing time: Within 1-5 Business Days (including Vendor Quality control, Packing &
Sorting if any).

● All orders are processed within the same business day. Typically orders are not shipped
or delivered on weekends or holidays.
● If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few
days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
● You will receive a tracking number once the order is placed.
II. Shipping Delivery Time: (Maybe a little delayed during the COVID-19)
● For USA, Canada, and Australia customers, it takes about 10 to 15 business days.
● For the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and most other Europe Countries, it
may take 7 to 25 business days.
● For customers in South America, it may take 15 to 30 business days.

advise that the item was lost by the carrier.

sometimes according to International local regulations.
